SAT. SEPT. 24th & SUN. SEPT. 25th – DRINK MASTER: Someone to be in charge of drinks – Making big pot full of coffee (early) and keeping it going each day. Keeping big jugs (we will have) full of water. Make sure there are cups, coffee “stuff” out. Unplugging pot. Basically everything involved with keeping drinks available.
SAT. SEPT. 24 – FISH FRY SET UP/TAKE DOWN: Be on duty about 5:00 p.m. Meal planned for 6:00. Food & Table Set up: Make sure tables are in place, organize food, set out plates, etc. Clean up after the meal, wipe tables, get rid of any left over food/trash.
SUN. SEPT. 25 – SUNDAY LUNCH SET UP/TAKE DOWN: Church service at 10:30 a.m. Prior to service about 9:30 a.m. we need people to set up tables for lunch to be ready for people to bring food. Organize food as it comes in, put out plates, etc. Be on watch for people who bring food during church service to help them know where to put food. Lunch will be after the baptism service (exact time unknown) Randall will watch over food during baptism service.
